Information needed for single family MLS listings falls into six main categories. Each item noted in bold text is a required field and must be submitted, while items in plain text are optional.
Bear in mind that once you list with us, you can submit an unlimited number of listing update requests to make changes to your listing.

6 Schedule Open House & Upload Photos
- Would you like to host an open house and add it to your listing?
- Property photos (maximum of 30 photos, limit each property photo to 1 MB in file size. Use a standard photo editing software, or free online photo editing website such ashttps://www.picmonkey.com, to make necessary updates to your images before uploading. Number the filename of your photos in the order you’d like them to appear on the MLS using “1.jpg”, “2.jpg”, “3.jpg”, etc. – this will allow us to place your photos in your desired order with “1.jpg” being your first / primary / cover photo.Only use a single number in each photo filename, do not add extraneous letters, phrases, descriptions, or dashes to your photo filenames.
